Acceptance of Terms

By paying for and using the Blueprint web application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), the user agrees to these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you as the user and the operator. If you do not agree with the Terms, do not use the Application and do not make any payments. These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.

Description of Product and Services

Blueprint is an AI study tool that transforms large volumes of complex materials into a structured study plan, with an emphasis on workflow, study techniques, and with the goal of thoroughly understanding the subject matter even in a short period of time. Blueprint is developed and operated by Michal Rezek (Business ID: 57482276, Registered address: Bazovského 7, 841 01 Bratislava, Slovak Republic), hereinafter referred to as the "Provider". Blueprint Studio is a trade name only, not a legally registered entity.

Disclaimers

• No Professional Advice: We are not an educational institution; we are a study aid only. Content generated by the Application does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or technical advice. All outputs are for informational and assistive purposes only. • Academic Performance: We are not responsible for your grades, credits, academic results, exam outcomes, academic dismissal, or any other consequences related to your education. The Application is a study aid, not a guarantee of passing. • Input Quality Responsibility: We are not responsible for the quality of the output if the input document (PDF) is of poor quality, unreadable, incomplete, or contains factual errors. The result is directly dependent on the data provided by the user. • Time Sensitivity: We are not responsible for a user missing an exam deadline or submission deadline due to a technical error, server outage, or the time required for the Application to process data. • AI Hallucinations & Accuracy: Outputs are a form of uploaded material processed and generated by artificial intelligence, which may exhibit inaccuracies or occasionally fabricate facts (so-called hallucinations). Blueprint does not guarantee 100% accuracy. The user is obliged to verify every fact against the primary source. If you blindly rely on an incorrect output during an exam, that is your responsibility. • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueprint bears no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of tuition fees, lost opportunities, or stress). Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service.

Copyright & Content Responsibility

The user declares that they have the right to upload materials for the purpose of personal study, and that these materials do not infringe upon the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties. The Application acts solely as a tool for processing and transforming data, whereby the user bears full responsibility for the uploaded content and agrees to indemnify us against any third-party claims. The Application does not monitor content in advance. The Application does not make uploaded materials accessible to third parties, does not further distribute them, and does not sell them as content. The Application processes data and transforms it into the form of a study plan, summaries, and tests for the private use of the user. The artificial intelligence models we utilize for data processing guarantee that your uploaded materials will not be used for training their models. The user acknowledges that the Application is intended exclusively for the processing of study materials. If the user uploads materials containing personal data or other sensitive information into the Application, such data will be processed in an automated manner without distinction, in the same way as ordinary study materials. The operator bears no responsibility for the consequences of processing such sensitive information that was not intended for the purposes of the Application.

Payments and Refunds

• One-Time Payment: The Application does not offer a monthly subscription; all licenses are designated as one-time payments. Payments are processed securely through the Stripe payment gateway. • Refunds: The user acknowledges that by purchasing a license, they gain access to content that is irreversibly generated on a custom basis. Given that the processing of a document incurs irreversible computational costs for the Application's artificial intelligence, a refund is not possible once even a single credit has been consumed (processing has been initiated). We issue refunds exclusively in the case of a demonstrable technical error on the part of the Application that prevented the delivery of the service. In such a case, please contact us at [your e-mail].

License

By purchasing a license, the user receives a package of credits designated for processing materials and generating diagrams. One credit is set to process 100 pages into the form of one diagram. • ExamPass: Includes 4 credits at a price of €3.99 • StudyPass: Includes 16 credits at a price of €6.99 • SemesterPass: Includes 40 credits at a price of €16.99 Access to the digital private workspace, where all diagrams are centralized, is guaranteed for a period of 120 days. As the Application is designed as a purpose-built tool for managing a specific study block (exam period to the entire semester), data is stored on a temporary basis. The workspace access link is sent to the user at the e-mail address provided at the time of payment. Upon expiration of this period, access to the workspace and diagrams may be revoked. Unused credits will expire at the end of this period.

Restrictions

The user agrees not to engage in the following activities when using the Application: • System Abuse: Attempting to overload the Application's infrastructure (e.g. through automated scripts, bots, or DDoS attacks) is prohibited. Use of the Application must be consistent with the normal behavior of a real user. • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to copy, modify, or reverse engineer the source code of the Application, its algorithms, or its data processing logic is strictly prohibited. • Circumvention of Limits: Any attempt to circumvent the credit system, security measures, or technical limitations of the licenses will result in immediate termination of access without entitlement to a refund. • Illegal Content: Uploading materials that are contrary to the law, contain hate speech, extremist materials, viruses, or other malicious software is prohibited. • Unauthorized Handling of Content: Uploading materials to which the user does not hold the relevant copyright, license, or other lawful authorization for their processing is strictly prohibited. • Access Sharing: The license link to the workspace is designated exclusively for the personal use of the user who purchased the license. Mass sharing of access credentials with third parties may result in restriction of access. • Commercial Misuse: Outputs from the Application (diagrams and summaries) are intended for private study purposes. Their resale or commercial distribution without the consent of the operator is not permitted. Any violation of the above, any attempt to damage the Application, or misuse of its intellectual property will result in immediate termination of access without entitlement to a refund. The operator reserves the right to take appropriate legal action and to seek compensation for damages incurred (including lost profits and legal representation costs) to the fullest extent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the system will operate 100% of the time without interruption or outages caused by third parties. We bear no responsibility for any technical errors, the presence of viruses or other malicious components that may arise beyond our control, nor for the security of data transmitted over the internet.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application and your workspace at any time and without prior notice if your conduct violates these Terms or in any way damages our infrastructure or reputation.

Updates

We reserve the right to perform updates and modifications to the Application at any time. These changes may affect functionality and we do not guarantee that new versions will be fully compatible with your current system or previous outputs.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to make any changes to these Terms of Service (ToS). You will be notified of changes through an update to this page. By continuing to use the Application or by purchasing an additional license, you automatically express your agreement with the new wording of the Terms.

Liability Coverage

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider bear no liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including loss of data, academic failure, or loss of profit) arising from the use of or inability to use the Application. Our total financial liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid for your current license (Pass).
